Caregivers
Exceptional caregivers who believe that caring for seniors is a calling, not just a job. At Aspen Estates, our residents become part of our family, so we are looking for caregivers who genuinely enjoy sitting and visiting with residents, listening to their stories, celebrating their successes, comforting them during difficult moments, and helping them feel valued, loved, and at home every single day.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a servant’s heart and a genuine desire to enrich the lives of older adults.
- Must be able to lift, transfer, push, and assist residents weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).
- Comfortable using electronic documentation systems and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Dementia care experience preferred, but not required (comprehensive training provided)
- Must pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study
Nurses
Join an exceptional team at our family-owned Residential Assisted Living and Memory Care Home in Eden Prairie. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled nurse who is passionate about providing outstanding care. This position offers a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage as needed. We are committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance, so to minimize after-hours disruptions, Aspen Estates partners with a 24/7 nurse triage service that manages clinical calls in the evenings, at night, and on weekends. This allows our nursing team to maintain exceptional resident care while significantly reducing the burden of overnight and weekend interruptions.

Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Strong knowledge of dementia care, behavioral interventions, and person-centered care practices
- Experience with medication management, care planning, assessments, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to train, mentor, and support caregivers while fostering a positive team culture

Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)

Qualifications:

- Current Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Home Care, or a related healthcare setting
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, build relationships with families and referral partners, and maintain a culture of excellence and accountability
- Strong skills in operations, staffing, compliance, marketing, and community outreach, with a willingness to wear multiple hats in a growing organization
